Bullseye Student Response

Our Bullseye Student Response interface is a custom interactive service that allows colleges and universities to gather real time information about prospective students while simultaneously providing to students a customized display of programs and activities that match a student's interests.

Created to work behind a typical "Request Information" link on a college website, it is a Web-based inquiry manager, contact database, and e-mail/Web communication system to help a college build relationships with the prospective students you want. It communicates with students the way they like—online, real time, instant response—and at the same time streamlines the administrative processes and saves time and recruitment dollars. Bullseye is designed to be a highly effective solution for managing your student inquiry communication initiatives, customizing and personalizing each interaction between the college and your contacts for maximum effectiveness. It combines online and print technology to deliver prospective students customized information about the college's programs.

Cabrini's site was restructured to give recruitment visitors the chance to easily track to the information they needed and to attract more inquiries. Key to this was the "mybullseye" personalized response tool activated from the Request Information button.
